Jess Cate is an Adelaide-based comic writer. Her ongoing webcomic is Heart of Millyera, a steampunk adventure story co-created with Artist Jana Hoffmann. She and Jana also self-published an eight-page mini comic in 2017 called, Great Beasts. A spin-off of Heart of Millyera is to be released in 2018. Jess is the co-founder, and organiser of the Adelaide Ladies Comic Club.
