Andrei Buters (born December 6, 1985) is the part-time creator of fantasy horror series Dead By Thirty.

Andrei first began publishing his comics with a regular comic series named Higher Learning that featured in Murdoch University's left-wing counter-culture publication METIOR between 2003 to 2006. He was art director for a biannual law school magazine named Carpe Diem at Murdoch University. He was art director and a staff writer for Curtin University magazine Grok in 2007.

In 2006 Andrei printed Interview, a 24 hour comic created from that year's 24 hour comics event. A handful sold at the Artrage Northbridge Festival, but the rest of the run of Interview was destroyed after his car was crushed.

Andrei has submitted comics art to Perth zine I Am Still In Yesterday's Clothes and has illustrated for poetry/creative writing journal Dot Dot Dash. His work draws heavily from Japanese role-playing games, Dungeons and Dragons fantasy art and steampunk.
